BOTOX comes in 100 unit vials.
The full vial will be charged whether used or not. The charges are as follows:
- $12 per unit administered
- $6 per unit wasted.
Treatment of hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) usually requires 100 units and can be scheduled anytime. Glabellar
frown lines and crows feet typically require about 25 units each. Forehead lines may require 20 to 30 units depending
on area. Male patients typically require twice the above doses.
Patients are encouraged to schedule their treatments in groups or on the same days as other BOTOX users to split the cost.
We cannot guarantee that there will be other patients on the schedule with whom to group your treatment. We strongly
recommend recruiting a friend to share the cost.
Payment is required when the treatment is scheduled.
